Mary E. Maiola
Mary E. Maiola, 82, of Waverly, Ohio died 10:05 a.m. Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at Traditions at Bristol Village in Waverly.
She was born December 20, 1927 in Auxier, Kentucky, daughter of the late John Garland Stephenson and Irma Hazel (Collins) Stephenson. On April 30, 1952, Mary was united in marriage to Dominic Maiola who preceded her in death on September , 1969.
Surviving are two brothers, Charles Stephenson of Clearwater, Florida and Fred Stephenson of Groveport, Ohio; three sisters, Patsy Bland of Chillicothe, Ohio, Helen Barrett and husband Roy of Columbus, Ohio and Daphne Logan of Riverside, Ohio.
In addition to her parents and husband, a son, Michael Anthony Maiola, a brother, Paul Stephenson and a sister, Judy Ann Stephenson preceded Mary in death.
Mary was a homemaker and a member of the Methodist Faith.
Funeral services will be held 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 23, 2010 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, Ohio with Renee Burleigh, Chaplain officiating. Burial will follow in Evergreen Union Cemetery, Waverly, Ohio.
