She was born November 4, 1968 in Chillicothe, Ohio, daughter of William Arnold Tackett and Pamela Jane (Little) Crabtree and husband Ron. Surviving are two daughters, Tara Christian Stevens at home, Kasey Jane Stevens of Minford, grandson, Morgan Curtis Madden of Minford, Ohio, sisters, Shannon Carroll and husband Michael of Chillicothe, Ohio, Nikki Tackett of Piketon, Ohio, Hope Grooms of Piketon, Ohio, brothers, Luke and Matt Stanley of Waverly, Ohio, grandfather, William Tackett and wife Nancy of Piketon, Ohio, stepmother, Connie Tackett of Piketon, Ohio, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, brother, Christopher Tackett and grandmother, Eva Tackett. Memorial services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2012 at the Boyer Funeral Home in Waverly, with Bro. Boe Tackett officiating.
